Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
• Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

How to Return

1. Email us at shop@therapynotes.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll provide return instructions and a shipping address.
3. Once we receive your item, we'll inspect it and notify you of your refund status.

Refunds

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
